All purchases come on a first come first serve basis. You must be 18 or over to purchase or have a legal guardian purchase for you. If you are unable to properly care for and maintain the animal selected, I will not ship until you are ready. Please do your research before purchasing.
We guarantee animals are healthy and eating upon arrival. You must be at the delivery location to accept the package so the animal(s) are not left outside. If no one is available at the delivery location to receive the animal upon delivery, the guarantee is void.
If the animal is deceased upon arrival, you must contact us immediately after delivery (no more than 4 hrs). At that point, we may request specific full-color photos. A replacement or full refund will be issued for the animal.
We love our reptiles and take shipping very seriously. All of our shipments are double checked before we send them out. This way we can guarantee that your new reptile will arrive happy and healthy.
It is important to note that the well-being of our reptiles is our first priority. We will not ship when the temperature is either too hot or too cold to safely ship them. Shipping a reptile is not the same as shipping a non-perishable item. It requires coordination to ensure the safety of the reptile. We will not offer refunds if you do not want to wait for an animal to be shipped safely.
We guarantee all geckos are sexed properly (unless sold as unsexed or TSF/TSM). We also guarantee all genetics in the animal for the trait(s) indicated.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately after receiving your shipment.
We provide a 7-day health guarantee on all animals we sell. Please contact us immediately if you notice any health issues. We stand behind our animals and will be there to provide husbandry or other information you may need after the sale. Feel free to contact us anytime if you need advice regarding the care or health of your animals purchased from us.
Shipping within the United States is $55 at a flat rate. This covers all necessary heat packs, cold packs, styrofoam lined animal shipping box, deli cups, and other necessary packing materials. We only ship to the lower 48 states, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
We will not ship until we have confirmation of someone being home to receive the package. We will email you for the shipping confirmation once the final payment has been received.
We export to the Hamm, Germany expo every March, June, September, and December for international shipping. Shipping to Canada is also possible. Contact us for shipping quotes and more information.
Our normal shipping days are Monday-Wednesday for arrival on the following morning. We do not ship Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to ensure true overnight delivery and for the safety of the animal. We can not be liable for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues. Please note that weather, high shipment volumes, and personal conflicts can delay shipment.
It is complete safe to ship reptiles, and we have never had an issue after years of experience. We ship each animal in its own deli cup within an insulated box with hot/cold packs, as needed. However, if there is extreme weather, we will hold off until it is safe to ship the animal. We will contact the buyer if this is the case. Our first priority is the safety of our animals as they travel to their new homes.
We would never put a reptile at risk. Don't worry about this, and put your trust in us to make sure your reptile gets to you in good shape. Our reptiles are shipped in a styrofoam insulated cardboard boxes with heat packs or cold packs if necessary. Prior to shipping we will check the weather at your location and at the FedEx hub and will make sure the reptiles are packed appropriately for the weather conditions they will encounter during the trip to you.
We do not offer customer refunds or returns. If under special circumstances a full refund will be given to the customer.
Decked Out Geckos guarantees our animals to be alive, healthy, and to your satisfaction upon arrival. Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 4 hours if you notice any problem upon arrival.
We do not guarantee animals that are not signed for on the first delivery attempt. You must be there and sign for your animal delivery.
All animal shipments are shipped FedEx overnight directly to your door. If the package is delayed by the carrier, our guarantee still applies!
Once delivered, the box needs to be opened immediately. Animals left outside on the porch in the sun or in cold will not be guaranteed for live arrival. Any concerns related to shipping must be reported immediately by email with pictures. Make sure to be there to receive the package when it is delivered.
If the reptile arrives colder than room temperature please allow them to warm up slowly by leaving them in their deli cup at room temperature as needed. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can check your package's status online. Decked Out Geckos takes great care to make sure the animal arrives in good health. Decked Out Geckos reserves the right to refuse a guarantee due to improper care or husbandry.
Please note that we pack the geckos tight and aim for the package to arrive within 65-72 degrees Fahrenheit. This helps ensure the safety of the geckos.

All orders must be paid for in full and authorized before shipment.
Payment plans are welcome for all orders with at least a 25% (non-refundable) deposit for the cost of gecko(s) + $55 for shipping. The rest of the balance to be paid within 14 days. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. We do not place "holds" on geckos without the minimum deposit.
